My name is Jill and I am a runner. I started consistently running in Fall 2015 to challenge myself and live a healthier lifestyle. I run 5k’s, marathons, and everything in between! I graduate in August 2017 for my Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree and will hopefully begin a job in the cardiology field. I not only love running, but love Mexican food, doughnuts, coffee, and anything related to history! I hope to use this blog to share my adventures with you all! 🙂

Hi there, I ran into your blog via Instagram. Reading your blog gave me that extra push to go for it! I started to run 2 yrs ago at the age of 40, and it was the best decision I ever made for my life. Loved it, and made me so confident and proud of myself. However, I got pregnant after a 13 yr hiatus. I continued to run during my pregnancy, and it made my pregnancy the easier and healthiest out of all three. However, after the baby was born, my motivation to run went downhill. After reading your blog, made me think twice. I decided to return to running again …and it felt amazing. Just want to say thank you for being so amazing!
